“I wouldn’t claim to be a musician at all; I’m not even on the periphery of the periphery of musicianship. But I can come up with a simple melody line on the piano and I am good with words. So I can create songs in my head, but where do I go from there? Can the answer be on the internet somewhere? Of course it can, and after investigation up pops the Tunedly site. I like what I see and decide to give it a go. I send them my lyrics and embarrassingly awful audio clips of my piano playing and attempted singthrough of the song. After some email discussions with the musician and the mixing engineer I’ve chosen from their roster, and a couple of redo requests, I get a finished song that is just amazing! I can’t believe it started in my head, it sounds so good. This is no doubt the beginning of a beautiful relationship.”
